About Karolina
Karolina Youngblood studied at the University of New Orleans and received her Bachelors in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration. She was the Chapter Student Event Coordinator of the National Honorary and Professional Management Fraternity: Sigma Iota Epsilon; and Member of the International Honor Society for Business, Management and Administration: Sigma Beta Delta.
In 2004, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia starting her career in Property Management focusing in multifamily; where she consistently achieved top performance awards in the leasing team. Her achievements opened her doors through executives who recruited her to work for Colony American Homes as their first salesperson recruit. Her achievements earned her to lead a major territory in the Northwest of Atlanta. Karolina's growing interest in her real estate career leads her to join Piedmont Residential making her an expert in New Homes Construction and Real Estate Sales.
The higher demand for her real estate services and added Real Estate Investments education at Online Trading Academy Real Estate in 2017, catapulted her career making her want to become an independent contractor and part of the Northwest Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, where she was one of the top 12 performers. Karolina's dedication to her clients, exemplary consulting and guidance to her real estate investors and professionalism made her an award of the MultiMillion Dollar Club Member with Cobb Association of REALTORS® and the recipient Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties' Honor Society Award representing the top 14% Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents globally in 2019.
Karolina also successfully graduated from South University with multiple Honors and as a Magna Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Management. Her 16 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, her education and experience have opened doors for her with Badon Commercial Real Estate joining a new venture bringing in vast business in the Medical field with joint partnerships, continuing consulting Real Estate investors to expand and grow their investment portfolios, multifamily property sales, office space, leases and more. Karolina is fluent and multilingual in Spanish, English and French, which allows her to widen her horizons to service also an international clientele. Karolina is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®
